How to Submit a News Article
By E-mail:
- Articles: format as plain-text, Rich Text Format or MS Word 97 or earlier.
- Images: PC format JPG, GIF, TIF or PCX. Keep file size less under 1.5MB. ZIP files accepted. Maximum e-mail attachment size is 5MB.

Regular Mail:
- Please make sure text is printed clearly, suitable for scanning and OCR.
- Include B&W photo if needed. We are not able to accept slides at this time.
Quick Tips on Writing Press Releases:
- Give the reader information they can use.
- Write your article in third person (do not use "we" or "our").
- Avoid using your company's name too much.
- Don't try to "sell". Use outside testimonials.
- Keep article length to 200-1,000 words in length.
